Hitting the gym with your friends but not getting enough work in? Here are some ways to make sure you’re still getting the most out of your workouts even when you’re with friends!
- Set it Up - meaning choose 2-5 exercises in advance. Set up your area including your weights so you can move seamlessly between the moves and no time is wasted looking for equipment
- Choose Wisely - What I mean by this is when selecting your exercises, select exercises that take the same amount of time. Obviously nothing will be exact, but avoid pairing two sided exercises up with exercises that are one and done. For example, avoid single leg deadlifts and squats.
- ALWAYS work in sets. Choose at least two exercises so you’re always working as opposed to resting, talking, or not doing anything.
