4 Week Small Group Training

We will focus on proper form and alignment, ensuring that your foundation is in place.
Each session will be a fresh new workout focusing on a different part of the body.
Legs, Shoulders, Biceps, Chest, Back, Abs, and Cardio.

Session 1: Legs, Shoulders, Abs
Session 2: Legs, Back, Biceps, Abs
Session 3: Legs, Triceps, Chest, Abs
Sessions 4: Full Body + Abs
Cost: $180 for 4 weeks, or $45 per class, paid in full up front
Please confirm that you can attend all sessions
If you know you cannot make a particular date/s in advance, let me know prior to class start date, and we will adjust your payment.
Late Cancels/Make Up Sessions
After payment has been made, no credits will be issued. A cancellation CAN be made up, however it will be at the discretion of Coach HT. Communication is key!
If you are unable to make this class, you can opt for a one on one session with Coach HT, however you will be responsible for the difference in current pricing.
