We will focus on proper form and alignment, ensuring that your foundation is in place.
Each session will be a fresh new workout focusing on a different part of the body.
Legs, Shoulders, Biceps, Chest, Back, Abs, and Cardio.

Session 1: Legs, Shoulders, Abs
Session 2: Legs, Back, Biceps, Abs
Session 3: Legs, Triceps, Chest, Abs
Sessions 4: Full Body + Abs
Cost: $180 for 4 weeks, paid in full up front
Please confirm that you can attend all 4 sessions
If you need to last minute cancel please communicate. We may be able to adjust that week's session to a different day/time, but need to get ahead of it, so no one loses a session. If you also must cancel before a proper rescheduling can be done with the group, you can always have a friend or family member step in, in your place.
