A 5 Part training series that teaches you all of the Booty Building Basics - everything you need to know to kick start your booty gainz in 5 one-hour sessions. We'll start with the staples, squats, and then move into more difficult moves, step ups/hip thrusts, hitting core and a tad of cardio every week. Each week we build on the last. You'll get HTIPZ - form and alignment tips, ensuring you get the most efficient workout possible.
