Body Blast Bootcamp is BACK!!! A 40 min High energy, fat-burning, strength building, full body workout.
Each class (Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday) is designed to go hand in hand, meaning if these are the ONLY workouts you do in a week, then you will be set.
